KYKNET – Print ad

How do you get someone to watch a television channel in a different language which they don’t speak?

These print ads were written in English, but when read out loud pronounce as perfect Afrikaans – proving to 6 million South Africans that even if your mother tongue is English, you can still enjoy the best in Afrikaans entertainment.

Karien Schoeman was a child counsellor. An unfortunate turn of events after a routine dental procedure left her unable to continue her profession.

For this campaign, we were briefed to create a series of ads that remind people that even though you need to be a graduate professional to qualify for PPS’s insurance, trouble can find you.

Vodacom wanted to promote their partnership with French Streaming service Deezer, and did so in a series of podcasts with top South African music lovers: Stephanie Be, Alex Caige, DJ Kenzhero and Tecla Ciolfi.
